Platinum Condo-Hotel Rental Pool:

Owner may choose to participate in the Platinum Condo-Hotel Rental Pool or Opt-Out

Option 1. Participation in Platinum Condo-Hotel Rental Pool

Split of revenue is 50/50 + $150/month and 4%(your reserve account)

Owner can stay up to 60 nights a year at the Platinum Condo-Hotel (20 nights maximum at the time)

Platinum Condo-Hotel Rental Pool is a 1 year contract automatically renewable unless a 90 days notice given.

Owner obligated to pay and additional $750/month to Platinum + HOA+Property taxes
