MGM Signature Condo-Hotel Rental Information:
Owner has 3 options
Option1. MGM Signature Condo- Hotel Rental Pool
Owner is responsible for paying HOA, property taxes, insurance and electricity. (The HOA fees and the property taxes are usually included on their respective property profiles.)
10% of gross rental income goes to Management fee and the rest splits 60/40 (60% to owner)
There is a $7-10 occupied night maintenance fee
There is a $200 — $250 per month rental program fee
The “Rental Program” will maintain the property, clean, replace any stolen items, and fix any problems.
An owner can occupy the unit at any time with no limitations (as long as the property is not booked). Owner will pay cleaning fee of $30/night. If staying more than 30 days, they will charge $30 every three days.
MGM provides bottled water, coffee, tea, newspapers, valet, gym, pool – all complimentary to guests.
Option 2. MGM Signature Long Term Rent
Owner is paying for HOA, taxes, insurance, electricity, and Internet $20/month
$200-250 transiat rental fee
If there is a problem Owner is responsible.
